Kumar Anand
Founder, Chairman & Managing Trustee
Kumar Anand is the Founder, Chairman and Managing Trustee of Samarthya Foundation for Special Education. A civil engineer by profession, his personal journey as a parent of a child with developmental needs inspired him to work towards a larger mission of disability inclusion, education and empowerment.
He provides overall leadership, strategic direction and administrative oversight to the Foundation and is committed to developing sustainable initiatives that help Persons with Disabilities and their families access appropriate information, support and opportunities.
Sonila Sachin
Trustee, Secretary & Treasurer
Sonila Sachin serves as Trustee, Secretary and Treasurer of Samarthya Foundation for Special Education.
Her involvement in the Foundation is rooted in a deep commitment to children with special needs and their families. She contributes to organisational administration, documentation, financial coordination and the implementation of the Foundation’s charitable and community-based initiatives.

Satish Kumar Sinha

Satish Kumar Sinha serves as the Chief Patron of Samarthya Foundation for Special Education.
In this honorary and advisory role, he provides guidance, encouragement and institutional support to the Foundation and contributes to strengthening its commitment towards disability inclusion, education and community welfare.
Binod Kumar Sinha

Binod Kumar Sinha serves as a Patron of Samarthya Foundation for Special Education.
He supports the humanitarian vision of the Foundation through guidance, encouragement and community-oriented involvement, contributing to its efforts towards creating greater awareness and opportunities for Persons with Disabilities and their families.

Rajesh Kumar Sinha
Director (Academic)
Rajesh Kumar Sinha contributes academic guidance and professional insight in the field of special and inclusive education.
His role supports the Foundation in academic planning, disability awareness, capacity building, educational guidance and the development of quality-oriented initiatives aimed at improving opportunities and support for Persons with Disabilities.
